What Is Hypnotherapy?


Hypnotherapy is a powerful form of therapy which allows you to connect what is happening in your conscious mind to the experiences and feelings you have stored in your subconscious. It is a state of focused attention during which you are able to connect past events and interpretations to your current circumstances and transfrorm them - fast. Understanding is power. And once you understand something, you can not go back and not understad it again. Understanding what has been holding you back in the past and is still holding you back now, letting go of what no longer serves you, and releasing it is a powerful experience and the most effective way to change your life. With each session, you get powerful, deep insights and a lasting transformation.




Why Hypnotherapy?


Your mind can be your biggest ally or your worst enemy. Learning how to communicate with your mind in a way that supports you and the life you want is one of the most important things you can do to heal, feel great and thrive in your life. In hypnosis, you have the ability to access the levels of your mind that are subconscious so you get the answers that are not tainted by your opinions or circumstances. You get a clear, unobstructed view of when, how, and why your issues have come into your life, you get to release them and from there, you transform in the most powerful way. Freeing yourlsef, allowing youself to be yourself and letting go of what's held you back in the past. The whole process is very easy, empowering and freeing and anyone can do it. Is It Possible To Get "STUCK" In Hypnosis?


No, you can not get stuck in hypnosis. During your session, you have complete control of your body, mind and soul the whole time. If you choose to, you can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and stop the session at any time you wish. I've had many clients use the restroom in the middle of the session or pause for a glass of water. Most clients though experience time in a different way when in hypnosis - usually reporting that two hours felt like a relaxing 20 minutes. Hypnosis is like daydreaming or deep meditation. Time goes by really fast becuase you are so deeply relaxed. However, if you need to, you can choose to stop, resume or pause at any time. The fact about hypnosis is that no one has ever 'gotten stuck' in a hypnotic state. You are safe, I have all the tools and experience to guide you to a powerful, healing session and I know you will love the results you get.




Is Being in Hypnosis Scary?


The short answer is NO. There are lots of misconceptions about hypnosis that we've learned through movies and pop culture. But in reality, hypnosis is not scary at all, it's quite the opposite. It's peaceful and healing, it's freeing, it's liberating. The most common feedback I hear from clients after a session is: "I feel so light, I feel like i've just been on vacation" "Wow, this is the most relaxed I've felt in a long time" "I feel like weight has lifted from my shoulders and I can breathe deeply again" If you happen to go back to a memory that is painful or hard, t’s important to know that you CAN NOT relive anything. I wish I could recreate your best moments for you but it simply isn't possible. The same goes for the painful ones. You can not go back and relive a moment and that's why it can not hurt you. Nothing you've already been through can hurt you again. All you can do is review it, understand it, change it's meaning and release it. I am there to guide and support you every step of the way.




How Long Before I Feel Changes?


You will feel shifts during and also immediately following your session. Depending on what the issue you are resolving is, you'll continue to experince shifts and changes after the session too. Every person is different and each issue you work on will manifest in different ways depending on what it is you need. In general, there are 3 types of change that happen:
1. Immediate changes: You will feel a massive shift right away - you will feel immediate
changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors.
2. Incremental: You will see and experience consistent shifts every day, and over time.
3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life. Hypnosis is an empowering, pleasant and beautiful experience. Enjoy it, trust the process and trust yourself.
